In Manhattan, an old art school, housed in a 10-story building, was recently transformed into luxury homes. When I saw this apartment design I had to share it with you. It is everything I personally love about interior design. The design is modern and refined. Nothing is adorned. Its simplicity is what’s perfect about this space.
The townhouse consists of four bedrooms. The main level brings together the spacious room that stands out for its fluidity, the kitchen, which opens onto a dining room, a TV room, and a bedroom with a bathroom. The master bedroom and its bathroom, the family room, and two bedrooms occupy the upper level. Thomas Juul-Hansen chose an exclusive color palette and refined natural materials.
Marble and stone were used in several spaces, to give a feeling both natural and sophisticated.
